I like my new boss EXCEPT for when he randomly sings weird kids songs when it’s quiet. It’s like he thinks he is making it less awkward when it wasn’t even awkward to begin with. Or when he will loudly talk to himself as if to get a response from one of us.
Example;
Boss: SPEWIN
Rest of the office: Silence
Boss: I’ve got so much to do
Rest of the office: Silence
Boss: SHIT why did they do that (probably saw something online)
Rest of the office: Silence
Boss: starts singing a Christmas jingle
Rest of office: Silence
Boss: da da da da da, better do that now
Rest of office: Silence
Me: thinking- leaving the office before I shoot myself

Work has signed me up for a self defence class in April. hahaha. I have to go wearing skirt, heels, (what i normally wear to work, etc) so that i can learn properly how to defend myself if i’m put into a compromising situation. I have come pretty close to wanting to lock someone out of a house, thankfully it hasn’t come to that yet. My boss is obviously worried about some of these situations lol.

So i have had a massive ’ i don’t care ’ attitude with work since deciding to go to Europe and then this last week that all changed for some reason. I really don’t what it was. I got all motivated, and we got a new boss (i was initially dreading) but hasn’t been too bad. and then i have days like today where one of the agents puts her nose where it doesn’t belong and puts me in the most crappiest mood (probbaly because she didn’t have a good valentines day) or what ever reason it may be and my i don’t care attitude hasn’t come back but instead i now have this thought of ‘how can i escalate this fight to the point where we both get fired’ lol. I am evil, but she is a bitch.

Having lunch with my dearest today. I am in holiday mode. Must. Try. To. Be. Productive. At. Work!

Took my car in for a service this morning, so now i am carless for half the day at work. My boss set up the service with some guy he knows and drove me back to the office, he is good like that AND THEN, he goes c’mon lets go have a coffee and so we did. How lovely. This morning will be spent doing all my paper work seeing as though i am stuck here. Oh joy.

Over the last year and a half to two years, i have learnt that about 98% of people cheat on each other. 

Had lunch with our computer Tech today. My boss decided to make it suffitiently awkard by texting and calling me and then coming into the venue when he saw us through the window and made a joke about us being on a date. eugh

I had one of the other agents, my rivals, come through one of my opens. Well two of my opens actually. He took one of my cards after a friendly chat and said he would call me during the week. So i told my boss about it and he calls this guy from rival office,  just so he knows that i did tell my boss and wasn’t being sneaky in keeping it a secret. Last night this agent called me and is trying to get me to catch up with him for a coffee during the week. It’s called ‘poaching’. Other agencies trying to steal other agents from companies. Even though it’s exciting, i won’t be going to the coffee because i will be hated amongst my colleagues. 
Other exciting news, awards night tomorrow woohooooooo! 

Was so much fun. I don’t often go out on Fridays as i have work so early on the Saturday, but no regrets. Got super drunk and got home at 4:30am to be up at 6. I’m currently sitting at my desk and still feel drunk.
Friday night outings will be more of a regular thing now though, the crowd is so much better and slightly older which i like. Now for a busy day and hopefully someone makes some plans for tonight, provided i don’t become a walking zombie half way through the day.

Got into work super early today so went and had coffee with the boss. He is pretty funny and entertaining.
